The CT 305 SDRF is a fully automatic carton sealer, suitable for PP and PVC tape. CP 19 CA Strapping Machine The automatic strapping machine CP 19CA is suitable for strapping various packages or boxes. The machine can process PP strap of 9 to 19 mm and has a very simple control panel. The CP 19CA is also mobile because of the swivel wheels. The strapping machine can make up to 30-32 strappings per minute, depending on the set tension, package size and arch size. This makes the CP 19CA ideal as a starter in automatic strapping.

Fully automatic bundling with elastic in humid areas The Elastobinder is a bundling machine specially developed for the (fully automatic) bundling of light-weight products with elastic, the Strepper®. The benefits of bundling with Strepper include its closed design whereby heat-sealing or knotting are no longer necessary. The elastic does not deform the product and leaves no traces/damage behind and one size of Strepper® can bundle both large and small products. The Strepper® is manufactured from recyclable plastic and is available in various colours and sizes. The Elastobinder® can bundle both horizontal and vertical bundles. Products are fed in and out by hand or by means of a drive belt. The Elastobinder® can be integrated into an existing packaging line or can be purchased with a complete packing line. Optionally, the machine can be fitted with an automatic labelling unit.

Horizontal film wrapper for long products The CSO 620 Film-wrapper is a semi-automatic horizontal film-wrapping machine for packaging and/or bundling (mainly long) products with film wrap. The load is packaged securely and protectively so that it can no longer move within the packaging. The products are moved on manually.

The pallet wrapper is a flexible, mobile film wrapper. The wrapper can be moved to any desired location by means of a handle with operating buttons. Due to its flexible nature, the wrapper can handle any package in size. The wrapper is suitable for heavy objects and loads with large dimensions.

The pre-stretches the film (up to about 150%) by means of an electric brake. On one battery charge the machine can wrap up to 120 pallets and after 10 minutes of inactivity the machine switches off automatically. This makes the CSM 230 low in energy consumption.
